1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User") and ad365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ad365 website, available at ad365.ws, and all associated services including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live casino, crash games, and payment processing (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing or using the Services — including browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You must not be under any legal disability that prevents you from entering into such an agreement.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of ad365 Services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all accounts on the ad365 platform:

• One account per person. Each individual may hold only one active account on ad365. Duplicate accounts may be suspended and any associated balances or winnings forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your password or OTP with any third party, including anyone claiming to be ad365 support staff.
• All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify ad365 support immediately via the published support email.
• You must provide accurate and current information when registering and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. ad365 may request identity verification documents at any stage.
• Accounts registered with false, incomplete, or another person's details may be suspended without notice and any associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.

ad365 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence (EDD) on any account, including requesting certified copies of identity documents, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account restriction or closure.

The following detailed conditions apply to all financial transactions conducted through the ad365 platform:

• Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum single deposit: ৳500. Maximum single deposit limits may apply per payment method as published on the deposit page.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the registered player's own name. ad365 does not accept third-party payments. Payments made from unverified third-party accounts will be reversed and the associated player account suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the stated timeframes: verified accounts 5–15 minutes for mobile wallet methods; unverified accounts may experience extended processing times until identity verification is complete.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit (i.e., if you deposited via bKash, withdrawal proceeds to the same bKash account). This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
• ad365 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees. ad365 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

ad365 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, source of funds checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, the Player will be notified by email and given a reasonable opportunity to provide the required documentation.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ad365 offers various bonuses and promotions to players, including welcome bonuses on first deposits, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to BPL, IPL, Eid, and other events. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• A player must opt in to a promotion before making the qualifying deposit or action. Retroactive bonus claims are not permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bonuses not wagered within the stipulated period will expire and be removed from the player's account without notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to the completion of wagering requirements. Bonus funds may only be used for eligible games as specified in the promotion terms.
• ad365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bonuses already credited and actively in use.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per account unless the specific promotion explicitly allows stacking. Players who are found to be exploiting bonus systems, using multiple accounts, or engaging in pattern betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements will have their bonuses voided and accounts suspended.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ad365 platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, any associated bonuses and winnings forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the platform:

• Registering more than one account on ad365, whether using the same or different personal details, for any purpose including circumventing limits, claiming duplicate bonuses, or evading a previous suspension.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in any way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, match fixing, or any activity that manipulates the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods. Any deposits identified as originating from fraudulent payment transactions will be reversed and the account suspended pending criminal referral.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to disguise your true location.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, software bug, or glitch in any game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage or generate winnings that would not occur under normal operating conditions.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

ad365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at its sole discretion in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time when requested by ad365, or provision of false or misleading documentation.
• At the Player's own request — a player may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. Pending bets will be settled before closure; remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Where an account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms, ad365 is not obligated to return any funds that were generated through or associated with the prohibited activity. Real-money balances unrelated to any prohibited activity will be returned at ad365's discretion following investigation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ad365 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss, even if ad365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ad365 provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

ad365 shall not be liable for any service interruption, delay, or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment processor failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or cyber-attacks. In the event of a system error that results in a game outcome being incorrectly calculated or displayed, ad365 reserves the right to void affected bets and recalculate winnings based on the correct outcome.

10. Amendments to These Terms

ad365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ad365 will update the effective date at the top of this page. Where practicable, ad365 will also notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. However, it is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.

Continued use of the Services after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and may request account closure by contacting ad365 support via email.
